You wake up, immediately filled with dread, ruminating on the binge you had the night before. You punish yourself out on a run and all you can think about is how hard it feels, how tired your body is, and how you’re going to get ‘back on track’… for the 5th time already this week.

You question how others can eat so effortlessly, enjoying whatever they desire without gaining weight. You’ve been let down by diet after diet and feel powerless.

You hold onto the belief that the hate you hold for your body and the discomfort you feel in your own skin should be enough motivation for you to change it.
