As you know, I had such a bad experience with health professionals in the past, but your patience, kindness and knowledge has made this journey so much more manageable for me and can honestly say you have helped me get my life back! I am beyond grateful

 I have worked with Elle for 16 weeks now and can finally say after 13 years , inpatient treatment , outpatient treatment that I have now have food freedom . Elle has provided me with all the information I truly needed to be able to accomplish this . Each week we have worked on different things to achieve , none have ever been too much or felt to pushy either which is good as it is never that simple in recovery. Elle is also very efficient at responding to any queries you have . Without Elle I’m not quite sure I would have ever bought myself to cook In oil or eat a pastry lol ( sounds silly I know ), but these are things I haven’t done for years and years! I could not recommend anyone else , Elle is simply wonderful!

I’m so grateful for Elle and our sessions together. Over the last 8 months she’s helped me to finally recover from my eating disorder. It is Elle’s warmth and compassion that has helped me get to this stage. I always came away from our sessions feeling motivated to challenge myself. I’m physically healthier, emotionally more resilient and best of all, food just isn’t such a big deal to me any more - I can enjoy it, I don’t have to rigidly plan everything, I can be more spontaneous and my whole day no longer revolves around eating. And for the little challenges that do still crop up, Elle has helped me practice the coping strategies to face them. When I reflect on the progress I’ve made, I realise that this time last year I couldn’t have even imagined how much more freedom I now have with my relationship to food and exercise. Elle has taught me so much about how to repair my hunger signals and trust my body for the first time in my adult life. She is brilliant at distilling her knowledge into practical, manageable steps and then supporting you to actually make those steps. If it weren’t for Elle, chances are I’d still be toe-dipping into recovery and missing out on life. For anyone who is struggling with their relationship with food (perhaps if you want to change but don’t know how) I can’t recommend Elle highly enough.

My relationship with food was so messed up, I was binging every weekend, eating little to nothing during the week and I just felt like I hated myself and my body. This experience has been so completely different. I honestly cannot remember the last time I even had the urge to binge. Elle has held my hand through all of my wobbles and we've come out the other side as a team. I never once felt embarrassed or like I had to lie about making progress when I hadn't actually Then slowly but surely all with Elle's guidance I started to see myself and my body in such a different light. It was like I wasn't fighting against myself anymore and started to work with my body and appreciate everything it does for me.

I was introduced to Elle via my PT as I needed help with managing emotional eating. Elle listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me options in the type of support she could provide. I immediately felt I could trust her to help me get to a place where my relationship with food and body were healthy and happy. I would highly recommend using Elle’s services. I never felt I was on a diet, ate more than I ever did, felt full and properly for the first time in years, which has had huge benefits for me physically and mentally.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Elle and came to know her as a truly valuable asset to the team but also a very good and special friend. She is honest, dependable, and incredibly hardworking. Her knowledge in dietetics and expertise in eating disorders was a huge advantage to our entire team. She draw patients care in a person centred way, showing the flexibility and knowledge to go above and beyond to adjust her dietetics support to their needs and unique requirements. She is caring, empathetic and a true team player, who always fostered positive discussions and brought the best out of every challenge.
