The Fuelling Food Freedom Framework

How does it work?

Step 1

Dietetic assessment where we explore your relationship with food, dieting history as well as any past medical history and clinical conditions

Step 2

Foundations session where we get down to the basics! We explore your initial nutrition recommendations together to get you started with, and get clear on our goals and our why

Step 3

We will start by looking at self-care, as this helps us to diversify our coping strategies and meet needs that we may be turning to food to solve

Step 4

To cultivate unconditional permission to eat, we start exploring your food fears and rules through unpicking your beliefs around food, providing nutrition education and challenges and experiments

Step 5

We start honouring hunger and stepping away from our initial structure so that you can start listening to and building trust with your body

Step 6

We explore body image in a way that enables you to cultivate respect and appreciation for your body and all that it does for you

Step 7

We start exploring what your life looks like when we clear up all this space that was once taken up by thoughts about food, body image and exercise

Step 8

We bring all of the things we have learned together in a way that enables you to fuel your body in a way that feels good for you and your body, and supports your health and performance

The Structure

    • 1-1 support for 4 months or 6 months
    • 3 virtual sessions per month
    • 1 X initial assessment (60 mins)
    • 1 X foundation session (60 mins)
    • 10 or 16 X follow up sessions (45 mins)
    • Unlimited out of session support from Monday to Friday
    • Weekly reviews and feedback to make sure we’re on the right path
    • Individualised nutrition and supplement recommendations
    • MDT support if applicable
    • Resources to work through in between sessions

Please note that if you have an active eating disorder, support is subject to a full assessment, which will consider medical risk such as risk of refeeding syndrome, BMI, and multi-disciplinary support. One to One Support

I support clients to achieve a range of goals including getting their menstrual cycle back, breaking the binge-restrict cycle, overcome emotional and stress eating and live a life free from food rules.

This programme is for you if:

  • You are anxious, stressed or fearful about certain foods

  • You are constantly in a binge-restrict cycle

  • You’ve tried multiple diets throughout your life and feel stuck in this cycle

Athlete Support Programme

There is a higher rate of eating disorders and disordered eating among athletes, and the aim of this programme is to support you to achieve your fitness and performance related goals without sacrificing your health; mental or physical, and achieving balance within your life.

This programme is perfect for if:

  • You’re finding training tough and feel exhausted all the time and you want to improve your performance and recovery
  • You feel consumed by the thoughts of food or your body and want to free up mental headspace for other things
  • You want to recover your period and improve your overall health
  • You want to achieve a balance between nutrition supporting your sports performance without being restrictive or obsessive
  • You feel guilty for taking rest days and want to improve your mindset

We are passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition information in a way that is easy to digest for our readers.  We regularly create articles and blogs for numerous platforms and magazines.

Elle has provided articles for NHD, Ovivia, The Food Medic, and COACH medical. Below are some of our examples; 

Nutrition Analysis

We provide professional qualified dietitian analysis of products, foods and recipes.  A bespoke nutrition summary report is developed enabling you to understand and use the information provided.  We can also support with the marketing terms for nutrition products.

We have supported many businesses in product and recipe development, as well as app and book production.

Media

We are available to support developing content and presenting for TV programmes, radio shows, podcasts, online media channels and social media campaigns.

We can provide support in various ways across a team sport setting.  This could be conducting individual and team nutrition assessments. Results can be produced in various formats, enabling both athletes and coaches to improve their nutritional knowledge and requirements. 

Recipe Development

We consider ourselves big “foodies” and share a love for baking and cooking. We enjoy being creative in the kitchen and can provide companies and businesses with bespoke recipes to meet their needs and criteria.

Elle has developed a range of recipes for recipe books, ebooks and apps.

Corporate Presentations

We are enthusiastic about empowering others to make informed decisions on their health and nutrition, and provides evidence-based nutrition information in a way that is easy to understand and realistic to apply.  Elle is available for webinars and corporate presentations, and can provide bespoke services to your brand or company.

One-off Nutrition Support

This service consists of an initial assessment where we will discuss your diet, lifestyle and personal aspirations.  Upon reviewing your individual circumstances, bespoke nutritional recommendations will be provided.

This service is suited for those that;

  • are unable to commit regular sessions
  • want to gain an insight to what information and support I can offer before signing up to a programme
